If you are signing up for a Puppy, Beginner I or Beginner II class:
Download a copy of the student and dog profile in Word format or pdf format.

If you are signing up for a Beginner II class:
Download a copy of the Beginner II Manual, Beginner II Weekly Lessons, Beginner II Handout Supplement, and AKC Canine Good Citizen© Program Participant's Handbook all in pdf format.

If you are signing up for a Sub-Novice class:
Download a copy of your orientation in Word format or the orientation in pdf format.
